The Challenge
Bramham International Horse Trials is a major social and sporting occasion. In fact, it’s one of Europe’s leading 3-day events. Taking place every Summer at Bramham Park in Yorkshire, it attracts tens of thousands of spectators and needs power supplying all over the site. Every year we plan, supply and manage around 20 generators for its show rings, caravan sites, children’s rides area, trade stands and hospitality marquees.
The Solution
We have to get 20 generators (from 20kva to 150kva) in the right place and in the right order. And we have to do it over a period of just 2 days. It’s also a huge site, so this is a major logistical challenge.
Our Specialist Project Manager works directly with the Bramham Site Manager to plan the process, overseeing the install and de-install from start to finish. To make sure things run smoothly we’re also prepared for any emergency situations, keeping a towable generator on-site to provide a reliable back-up.
