HGV Driver with Trackway experience

Monday to Friday - 40 hours a week - 8am to 5pm

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Load and unload Vehicles.
- Operate forklift truck.
- Deliver Generators and ancillaries to site and collect Generators and ancillaries from site (all industry sectors such as hospitals, construction, power grids and festivals)
- Assist engineers on site.
- Refueling Generators on site and in dept.
- Carry out general housekeeping to ensure work areas are tidy.
- Installation and dismantle of Generators on customer sites.
Qualifications and Skills required:
- Trackway experience (1 year)
- Class 1 (Essential)
- Class 2 (Desirable)
- Driver Qualification Card
- Fork Lift Truck Licence (Desired but training can be provided)
- Lifting operations / Equipment

Electrician
Normanton / Stevenage / Reading / Bellshill
Monday to Friday - 40 hours a week - 8am to 5pm

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Working with 10KVA -1250KVA Generators
- Working safely with voltages from 230V – 690V
- Primarily field based
- Fault location, diagnosis and rectification to hire fleet and customers equipment.
- Preparation of equipment for hire.
- Completion and submission of all company paperwork as per procedure.
- Safeguard all Company assets.
- Knowledge of electrical legislation
Qualifications and Education required:
- High school or equivalent.
- 18th Edition
- ECS Gold Card
- To be qualified to City and Guilds 2330/2360 level 2&3 (or equivalent) and NVQ level 3 and have a working knowledge

4 on 4 off Night Engineer
Bowburn
4 days on 4 days off - 48 hour work week (44 paid) - 7pm to 8am

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Depot Work, preparing Generators for hire.
- Load and unload Vehicles.
- Operate forklift truck.
- Deliver Generators and ancillaries to site and collect Generators and ancillaries from site.
- Assist engineers on site.
- Refueling Generators on site and in depot.
- Carry out general housekeeping to ensure work areas are tidy.
- Installation and dismantle of Generators on customer sites.
- Completion of daily vehicle inspections and reporting defects to transport department.
- Completion and submission of all company paperwork as per procedure.
- Safeguard all Company assets; nothing leaves the depot without correct paperwork.
- Ensure company vehicle or occasional loan vehicle supplied, is kept clean and tidy at all times, serviced within manufacturer’s guideline, and ensure any defects are notified to correct parties and rectified in a timely manner.
Qualifications and education required:
- Fork Lift Truck Licence (Desired but full training given)
- Apprenticeship in Engineering
- C&G qualifications.
- Electrical skills / Qualifications would be an advantage.

Depot Administrator
Inverness
Monday to Friday - 40 hours a week - 8am to 5pm

Duties/Responsibilities:
- All administration within the depot.
- On/off hire orders are taken in detail and processed correctly.
- Create, input and ensure accuracy of orders onto the company InspHire system
- Produce and maintain a manual complete contract file, containing all relevant paperwork
- Advise Transport Department of any necessary movements within a timely manner.
- Answer all incoming calls within 3 rings in a polite and professional manner as trained.
- Ensure own individual knowledge is enhanced by constantly aiming to learn/improve and taking on board training as necessary.
- Achieve all targets and KPI’s that are set for individuals/Administration team – example month end target for posting invoices 8th of each month.
- Check daily all off hires due from awaiting off hire report and update Line Manager of progress if there are any delays.
- Any customer queries must be dealt with quickly and efficiently.
- Observe and follow all company policies and procedures.
- Any amendments for Audit purposes are to be dealt with in the time scale given.
- Line Manager or Director’s requests are to be completed within the same day or within timescale provided by them.
- Liaise and communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
Experience and Skills required:
- Administrative experience (1 year)
- Hire desk experience, however full training will be provided.
- InspHire system desired however, full training will be provided.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Good communications skills, written and verbal.
- An ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction.

Major Repair Engineer

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Major repair of hire fleet and ancillaries;
- Carry out planned service and maintenance work on both hire fleet and customers equipment;
- Fault location, diagnosis and rectification to hire fleet and customers equipment;
- Installation and disconnection of equipment on site;
- Loading and unloading of vehicles;
- Depending on work load you may be required to work at or from our other depot locations.
- Carry out general housekeeping to ensure work areas are tidy;
- Completion and submission of all company paperwork as per procedure;
- Promote teamwork and co-operation at all times, both within individual depots and right across the entire Generator Power Group of Companies;
- Treat all other employees and all our customers professionally and with respect
Qualifications and skills required:
- Experience on generators/plant equipment/heavy engineering (5 years)
- Experience of engine re-builds
- Any Plant/Mechanical engineering qualifications
