Generator Power is committed to continuous improvement, and over the last few months, we have invested in a range of equipment to further enhance the services that we offer our customers.
In this blog post, we provide a quick round-up of the investments that we have made and more importantly we reveal how you can benefit from our improvements.
Fleet & Logistics
Earlier this year we added the impressive Mercedes Aroc to our growing fleet of specialist and heavy-goods vehicles, Our new HGV features the innovative Mercedes Tridem Axle configuration and has excellent load-carrying capacity. For our customers, this means a cost-effective logistical solution and more efficient project delivery.
Stage V Compliant Generators
To help our clients meet the challenging demands of the Stage V non-road emissions standards, we have invested in a variety of eco-friendly generators. This innovative equipment is known as a Variable Speed Generator.
Relying on smart technology, the engine speed automatically increases and decreases based on the amount of power required. Resulting in a significant reduction in carbon emissions – in some cases, this has been proven to be a reduction of up to 50%. In addition, customers can also benefit from reduced wear and tear, limited risk of low load suffering and substantial cost savings.
Battery Storage Units
Continuing the theme of green energy, we have also purchased a number of Battery Storage Units (BSUs). Drawing on the latest technology from the automotive industry, our 45kVA BSUs provide a green alternative to traditional generators and are ideal for short, pre-planned outages.
Our BSUs can also be used as a hybrid solution when combined with conventional generators. As a sustainable power supply, the BSUs emit zero carbon emissions and are virtually silent, resulting in a perfect power solution for those operating in noise-sensitive environments.
Loadbanks
Our most recent investment is a range of industry-leading resistive loadbanks. Our new loadbanks offer from 100kVa to 2500kVa and are typically used to simulate load requirements. This new technology ensures that we are able to provide the necessary power to create an uninterrupted energy supply.
Using our vast experience, knowledge and expertise, we are able to deploy our fully trained engineers on-site to assist with installation and deliver an end-to-end, holistic service.
