We’re excited to continue growing the Generator Power sales team with some incredible new talent!

Our team has recently been on the lookout for some fresh talent to join our team of temporary power and trackway experts. We are happy to say that we have Kayla Shaw and Aaron Gaspar joining us as new additions to our sales team. As the business grows, and demand for temporary power and access gets higher across the country, it’s important for us to ensure that we successfully deliver an excellent service for our customers. Our sales team are responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs and fulfilling those needs with our superior service and hire equipment.

Meet Our New Sales Team Members

Kayla Shaw – Trackway Sales Manager

Kayla is Generator Power’s newest sales manager, joining us from the beginning of May. Kayla is now responsible for looking after sales for our sister company Trackway Solutions and has been making herself known to our trackway colleagues with visits to the depot for product training and joining the team on site for deployments. Kayla brings with her extensive knowledge of hire sales from her previous roles, most recently, with chillers, HVAC systems and temperature control at ICS Cool Energy.

We wanted to share a bit about Kayla, so we asked her the following questions:

What drew you to Generator Power?

“I was really attracted to joining GP/TS because of their strong reputation in the industry and the opportunity to be part of a company that delivers high quality solutions. The role is a great fit for my background, and I am excited that I have the chance to contribute to a team by bringing my own sales knowledge to the table to help drive things forward.”

What’s the most interesting place you’ve ever visited?

“I won’t say that it is the most interesting place, but my favourite place is UAE, I visited Dubai & Abu Dhabi last year. We attended the F1 Grand Prix there too and it was amazing. I will most definitely be back.”

If you could have dinner with any historical figure, who would it be?

“Walt Disney – I love Disney, always have done since I was little. He was such a creative genius. I’d love to just sit and chat about how he brought his ideas to life and built something so magical that still means so much to people today.”

Do you have a secret talent or hobby?

“In my spare time, I enjoy designing and making personalised items for friends and family, especially for special occasions. It is a creative outlet that I really enjoy, and it is always nice to make something meaningful for the people close to me. “

Aaron Gaspar – Area Sales Manager

Aaron is our newest team member joining Generator Power in terms of power hire. Aaron has been tasked with looking after the North West region and has already made himself known to his customers by successfully getting orders through the doors consistently since his second week. Aaron has joined us from HSS and is equipped with a wealth of sales experience from various roles throughout his career.

“See rejection as your friend because no’s are one step closer to a yes. This has always stuck with me and changed my perspective to rejection in sales. Rejection is a natural part of sales so don’t take it personally is a mantra I live by.”
