An emergency deployment requirement was received from one of our major utilities customers late afternoon, requiring 20kva sets, to North Wales. We delivered 10 sets into Caernarfon and another 10 into LLandudno Junction. First delivery arrived at 7.30pm with everything else on site by 9.00pm along with a dedicated Service Engineer to ensure 100% support on site.
The whole project was a major challenge to Generator Power due to access and location. Being a true 24/7 operation, Generator Power was able to deploy, install and monitor a critical requirement.
This commitment to our customer resulted in the facilities returning to operation within four hours. A significant achievement in itself, and a credit to the team involved, confirming that having a genuine 24/7 operation allows Generator Power to provide a comprehensive and reliable service 365 days a year.
